What We Do
Stone Heaven Constructions builds and renovates inside DHA Bahawalpur. We construct new residential villas and 1 Kanal homes, we build commercial plazas and retail complexes in the commercial hubs, and we renovate existing homes. Our work spans the full range — from an engineered grey structure shell, through complete turnkey finishing, to room-by-room renovation of a house someone already lives in.
We are, deliberately, a specialist in one place. Stone Heaven Constructions supplies all construction and renovation materials — steel, cement, bricks, aggregate, plumbing, wiring, tiles, wood, and fittings. We do not take labour-only contracts, and we do not build with client-supplied materials. This is not about control for its own sake; it is the only way to stand behind the quality of what is buried inside a wall or a foundation, and to keep responsibility for the whole building with one team.
How We Work

Residential, Commercial, and Renovation
We cover both sides of construction. On the residential side we build villas across 10 Marla, 20 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots, as grey structure or complete turnkey homes. On the commercial side we build plazas and retail complexes engineered for commercial loads and finished with modern facades. And we carry out home renovation for existing houses — upgrades, additions, and completing unfinished work. Whatever the project, the same principles apply: proper materials, an itemized BOQ, and engineering supervision.
